Bright Guys provides professional Christmas light installation, removal, custom lighting design, and light storage services for homes and businesses in and around Medford, Oregon. All work is completed by trained professionals dedicated to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Estimates are free and valid for 30 days. A deposit may be required to secure your installation date. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, Venmo, or major credit and debit cards. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of future services or additional collection actions.

We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee to cover scheduling costs.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that installation areas are safe and accessible. Bright Guys is not liable for pre-existing damage to roofs, gutters, or landscaping. Weather conditions may affect installation dates, and we will communicate promptly if rescheduling is needed. All installations use non-invasive clips and fasteners designed to minimize property damage.

Lights purchased through Bright Guys become the customer’s property after installation. If you use our storage service, we will safely store and label your lights for use the following season. Bright Guys is not responsible for damage caused by weather or handling outside of our care.

While every effort is made to ensure safe, high-quality installations, Bright Guys Christmas Light Installation is not liable for accidents or injuries after installation is complete, electrical issues with existing home wiring, or damage caused by weather, animals, or third parties. Our team is insured and follows strict safety standards.

We offer a 30-day warranty on workmanship. If a light strand or connection installed by us fails within that period, we will repair or replace it at no cost. The warranty does not cover damage caused by weather, tampering, or modifications not performed by Bright Guys.
